Artist Statement UpdatedThe main connection between my images is that I use a lot of toning to change the feeling of my photos. The way I do this is by changing the color enhancements levels, and curves to make the photos feel creepy and happy.
I am not starting to see a pattern with my photos because I personally don't like to focus on one thing at a time. The reason why I don't have a certain style is also because I like to be open minded to everything. For example, if I just focus on politics when taking my photos, I might miss a photo for family issues or another topic. I tend to shoot a lot of buildings and nature in my photos. The reason for this is because they don't move, they have great designs, and they will always be in the same place. I look for texture and focal points while taking pictures to show a point of interest and to keep the audience entertained.

MotionFor our final project of motion we had to take three final photos of a subject in motion. For the first photo I used the motion technique of panning to capture a man in his car drinking coffee and I set the shutter speed to 200 to be able to capture the car. With the second photo I used stop motion to capture the subject jumping in mid air, I changed the shutter speed to 40 because for humans we need a slower shutter speed. Finally, I took photos of my subject running and I changed the shutter speed to 400 to capture every step that was taken by the subject and to capture the facial expressions made by the subject.
